What will happen if I have added multiple sites and wish to cancel my subscription?

Suppose, you have 3 sites and want to cancel your subscription for all 3 sites, when you click on the Cancel Subscription button on the Billing page, you'll be shown a popup with all 3 sites, with a Cancel button beside each site.

Once you click on the Cancel button beside site1, the subscription for this site will be canceled and you'll have 2 active sites remaining. The node for which you canceled subscription will be downgraded immediately, and you'll only be billed for 2 sites in your next renewal.

If you have only 1 active site and you click on the Cancel Subscription button, your subscription will be canceled for future renewals.
